You submit your question through the form below and pay a $50 deposit. It credits in full toward the $300.
Within two business days we reply in writing with the question as we will answer it, what is in and out of scope, and the balance due. The standard balance is $250. A larger question is quoted here as one of the engagements on the Services page, before you pay more. Your $50 deposit credits toward whatever we quote.

You get the memo: findings, how confident we are in each one, open questions, and the sources. Five business days from scope confirmation is the standard turnaround, committed per engagement.
A written memo, two to four pages, built to Applied's deliverable standard. It leads with the answer, then the findings behind it. Every finding carries a confidence rating, so you can see where the evidence is solid and where it is thin. Gaps are named on the page. Sources are listed at the end so you can check the work yourself. One round of clarification questions after delivery is included at no charge.
If Applied declines your inquiry, the $50 deposit comes back in full. If the research reaches a confirmed dead end, meaning the question cannot be answered from available sources, half the total comes back ($150), along with a memo documenting what we searched and why it could not be answered. A missed delivery date does not trigger a refund. We communicate any extension before the date.
